Level Up Club Gaming Centre will be located within 20 metres of Crepes & Coffee Family Cafe Bar & Social Club, providing a secure and inviting space where parents can relax while gamers of all ages enjoy a diverse range of consoles, from classics to the latest releases. To shape an engaging and inclusive gaming environment, we collaborated with Door 84 Youth & Community Centre’s 8-17 Youth group, gathering insights on their gaming preferences and ideal space design. Their feedback, along with input from Door 84 staff and past studies, influenced key design choices, including dedicated gaming zones, a quiet space for focused play, and areas for creative expression. Accessibility and inclusion were central to the design, ensuring a welcoming experience for all.
