The Alpina is an 88-unit serviced apart-hotel and spa complex located in the scenic Brodick area of the Isle of Arran, Scotland. The site, once home to a dilapidated and defunct hotel, is being revitalised with a vision of creating compact, efficient apartment spaces. Each unit is designed to maximise every square inch, incorporating modern technology for self-service and energy efficiency. The Alpina aims to offer a contemporary, sustainable stay experience while embracing the charm and beauty of its historic surroundings.
