How does the visualisation
process work?

STEP 4

3D DRAWINGS AND
PHOTOREALISTIC RENDER

Lastly, the proposed design will be presented, offering visual representations, precise floor plans, and actual sample materials. If you're looking for an extra touch of realism (this can be helpful to see exactly what you're getting), you can even opt for a photorealistic render.

STEP 3

DRAWING REVISION TO DETAIL: FINAL LAYOUT, FF&E, COLOURS, PATTERNS & MATERIALS

Here we finalise the details and make any necessary adjustments. We will have covered most things by this stage so changes are usually minor.

STEP 2

IDEA MOOD BOARDS

MATERIAL, FINISH, COLOUR & TEXTURE SELECTION

FURNITURE, FIXTURES,
EQUIPMENT (FF&E) SELECTION

We'll guide you through the process of selecting materials, finishes, colours, and textures. Every choice is made with careful consideration of both aesthetics and functionality. From furniture selections to lighting fixtures and accessories, we'll ensure each piece harmoniously aligns with the design concept and budget. Bespoke furniture design concepts would be considered during this phase, if required.

STEP 1

SPATIAL LAYOUT AND ARRANGEMENT

Creating an optimal spatial layout and arrangement is paramount. Based on the outcome of our consultation, we'll make a space plan that maximises functionality and ensures flow throughout the area.

During this phase, we transition from ideas to action, spurred by your invaluable input. Here's where we roll up our sleeves and work on crafting a design concept that aligns perfectly with your vision.

Striking visual representations serve a dual purpose: they empower you to envision the end result clearly while also captivating potential investors, making them more inclined to contribute financially.
